I hired a two-person team from 3 Bros for a move but faced such unprofessionalism and delays. Only one mover arrived on time and spent an hour chatting instead of working, while the second mover, Odell, showed up two hours late without acknowledgment, or apology. Due to their negligence, not all items were moved. Odell later admitted to leaving a mattress and an antique bench outside the storage unit but promised to retrieve them. After multiple delays, he finally returned the items but sent others to deliver them, and the bench seat was missing. Despite promises to return it, 11 days later, I still have not received it. If you want to avoid disappointment, steer clear of these people.
