Our 2 movers were very communicative starting the morning of and when they arrived they were extremely helpful and efficient. They were very polite and asked where things should be placed prior to moving them. After the truck was empty they ensured all services were complete before heading out.

Scratched multiple walls and the ceiling walking above the stairs. Did not acknowledge it and I found all the marks after they left. I would not have tipped them and definitely should have watched them while they worked.

I had to reschedule due to a travel delay, and they got it done super quick. There was a bit of wait for them to arrive, but I was just thankful for the help. They guys muscled their way down one stair case and up two more with some seriously heavy furniture, and did a great job even on some tricky turns. Next time I’ll book a few more hours or guys to get the rest! So easy.
