If I could give 0 stars I would. Movers were scheduled to show up between 11 to 12 noon. Was told would receive a call or text 10 to 15 mins prior to arriving. At 1211 movers had still not shown. Sent a text to the number that had reached out the previous day, received no response. Called and it went straight to voicemail. Called UHaul and they said no one had come to pick up my items. Called movers again at 1239 and was told they would be there within the next half hour. Next communication was at 130 to say they had just got to UHaul. Movers did not arrive to my home until after 2pm. No apologies were made or even an attempt at one. I had other plans for the day that could not be done due to lack of communication and consideration. Very disappointed with this company.
