Diana was great in communicating prior to the move. The original worker’s truck broke down so Diana had to come with a different mover over an hour later than originally scheduled. Diana was sweet with our Toddlers and professional. Diana’s helper, Doug was too rushed as he kept saying that he had to be to his restaurant job at 6. He also intentionally dropped a big heavy box (that I recommended moving with a dolly) with a new tree stand in it when my wife told him we weren’t ready for it yet. He was also just grabbing the first thing he saw and putting it in the trucks which made proper packing more difficult. While I was packing items in the truck, I also noticed that one piece of wooden furniture would no longer sit upright as the wooden leg was broken. Once we got all of big pieces of furniture in, I cut them loose early so I could reorganize what I could in the second truck to make sure everything would fit and not get damaged.
