I booked Prime Moving Solutions on the day of, because I am Queen Procrastinator. Dispatch was very fast to respond and gather my information. He informed me when the guys were going to be a few minutes late. I booked for 3 hours. They loaded my storage and then we came to my house to load that. Although everything couldn't fit on the truck, they were fast and accommodating. Chris and Tony were awesome! They were very strong and had no issues lifting boxes and dressers. They were soo good that I booked with Prime Moving Solutions again, to unload the truck in Charlotte! My Charlotte movers were Emmanuel and Francisco. They also finished the unload on time and with great care. Book them! You will not be sorry!

This is my 2nd time using Prime Moving Solutions. They also helped with my load in Greensboro yesterday, so when I saw they also had a team in Charlotte, I hurried up and booked! The 1st movers for today were extended, so they sent 2 new movers. I booked for 2 hours, and they were done at exactly 2 hours. They were very careful with my belongings and placed the marked boxes in their perspective rooms. If there was no label, they repeated asked where specific items went. I would recommend Prime Moving Solutions, for sure!!
