Curtis and Travis loaded all my items (many breakable) safely and efficiently. It had rained terribly for 2 days beforehand, but nothing got wet or dirty. They even helped me by rolling up a rug I couldn't get to ahead of time. They checked in with me before arrival and throughout the move to let me know how things were coming along. I really appreciated their quick, clean, reliable service. I couldn't have done it without their help!

Movers did a great job once they arrived. However, they were almost 1.5 hours late. We had already loaded a significant amount of the truck ourselves before they arrived because we were working on a deadline. The movers worked for an hour to finish the loading, but the payment had already been made through U-Haul for a minimum 2 hour job. Would be nice to receive a refund for the extra hour.

The guys showed up over an hour late after Shane had been calling me all week setting up the move. Overall, I was very happy that they were able to get the entire truck packed tightly and neatly, but the lack of professionalism definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Moving day is a big deal, and I paid for these guys to show up on time, and that didn't happen.
