Freelance Movers

hired Freelance Movers through you and they were very unprofessional.They arrived late and were not careful with the furniture. The headboard of my bed fell off the truck and I saw it but they didn't know it and it was never mentioned. I saw them drop and slam several other pieces of furniture as well. Then the storage unit looked like they just threw it in there. Boxes were sideways and they had wasted alot of space. Also my gun that was in a case went missing that wasn't supposed to go to storage and I don't know if it's in storage or not so now I'm going to have to empty the entire unit to find out. It's much easier and safer to do it yourself because you care about your stuff whereas they do not. It was a terrible experience.

After going back to our original house that furniture was moved out of there are numerous holes in our Sheetrock of our walls paint chipped off and even the corner of a metal stud bent from moving a couch down a set of stairs The same couch was slid across the back of the moving truck and now has black marking over the entire top of the couch Our washer was dropped of the back of the moving truck and thankfully only has a small dent on the corner that is against the wall of the laundry room The gentlemen moving us originally started very professionally however once getting to the second location there was a lot of down time and playing around which almost caused us to go over our time limit that was set With all the damage don, we are now going to be well out of pocket more money than the move costed to get repairs completed Would not recommend to move again
