I had issues getting my U-Box on time, but the movers were so friendly and understanding about the situation! They were so helpful and patient with me, I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate that from them. I had to reschedule with them a few different times, and they were very understanding of the situation and willing to work with me. When they got here, they were so fast, friendly and professional about getting my things in my apartment. Truly amazing guys, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Hired for 3 hours and got about half of the time as the movers had somewhere else to be. They did great with what they were able to help with but now I still have half of my home to move on my own.

First, the day before the move, Carlos texted me to ask if the movers could come early. Then he texted again to say they couldn't make it. Then he texted again to say they could. They day of the move, they arrived an hour later, and severely damaged a bedroom door, door frame, and staircase handrail. Didn't tell me about it either, just left. Supremely unprofessional and unreliable.
