They arrived late, and left behind at least one quarter of furniture and heavy items. They told me the move out would take longer than the move in but I couldn’t even bring the UHaul truck back until after hours. Then the had the nerve to charge me an extra $200.00 for extra time, and wanted cash or Apple Pay. I had no cash. I moved out of a 4 BR 1800 sf home in less than 4 hours. This was a 2 BR single wide trailer. They are not helping the UHaul image.
