Legacy should not be on Uhaul and no one should use them. Legacy contacted me through text confirming that they would arrive at 10;30 am for a two hour move with two helpers the Sunday before. On the morning of my move, Monday, no one arrived or contacted me. I reached out to their contact number at 10;36. At 11 they responded finally simply with 'they will be there at 12;30.' No one arrived then. I reached out at 12;50 through a phone call to which the person responding did not know no one had showed up. He said he would call me back right away. He never called me back nor responded to my call 15 mins later. Around 1;20 movers arrived and began helping us but because they were 3 hours late we had moved most of our stuff and needed to be on the road by 2;30. We ultimately got 30 mins out of the movers and the company refused to refund us for lateness nor apologized. The two men who arrived told me they were hired off Craigslist the day before and could barely reach the company as well.
