When I placed my order online they did not send me any confirmation details I thought it didn't go through this hold time. then At the last minute they texted & I thought it was a scam, asking about my order that was placed. Company is hard to get into contact with when there is a problem or delay. I waited on hold for more than 40 minutes. Many miscommunication when on phone with office staff and moving helpers. And on top of that I didn't get everything I needed moved in a timely manner. During the process of moving my fragile dishware was broken. I had informed the mover to not move the boxes and focus on the furniture only. Then the mover in question told me that he would not touch anymore boxes because he did not want to liable. I can say that the other larger built mover wearing gold tip nike high tops was very helpful and communicated the best or least made a effort too. The slim shorter guy was ignoring my request and lacking in communication. He would drop items not retrieve

The movers showed up 25 minutes after my original start time. To be fair, they did call and say they would be 20 minutes late, but it’s still stressful when you have lots of things scheduled on moving day. I paid $50 additional cash as tip and to cover the 10-15minutes extra at the end. I was told this would be fine by the movers, who asked for the 6-digit pin to officially close out the job. They called me later to say ‘the big boss’ required me to pay for a full hour extra thru Venmo or Zelle, which sounded suspicious. I asked for the manager to call me back if this was truly required, and haven’t received a call back. The whole experience made me feel taken advantage of, and I wish I’d booked with a different company.
