These movers were not professional and it felt like this was one of their first jobs. One showed up wearing Crocs (without the back strap which didn't bode confidence in his abilities) and then he kept banging my furniture on the stairs. He complained that my entertainment center was too heavy (because it wasn’t from IKEA). They didn’t secure my boxes so things were broken, scratched, and boxes opened during transport. They complained about having to move a couch which seems pretty ludicrous considering they’re being paid to move furniture. We sat around waiting for them to finish as they kept complaining about the heat. I tipped them well in cash and I regret it.

The helpers that Caniff Solutions sent to do my unloading were awesome! They arrived on time and started working right away to unload my 15' truck, even though I arrived in town early. They had a can-do attitude and worked fast and efficiently to get everything I requested finished in the time frame I'd booked them for. The booking process was very easy with the person that runs the business, and he was quick to answer whenever I called. I highly recommend this business and both workers who came out to perform the job.
