Jason Chapman and team were awesome and very professional. Handles all our items carefully while placing them in storage to make it easy to reload once we have our permanent address. If you want peace of mind that your items are handle carefully I would recommend them.

Jason’s help was outstanding! However Jason Chapman over communicates and tries too hard to act in charge, which causes longer time to unload. I highly suggest finding someone that WANTS to do the job hired. If you want someone to complain and hang out in the U-Haul chatting on the phone while you and another mover work go for it! If I could get the tip to be all for his helper I would and he would get way more of a tip but cause Jason is a man child he prolly keep it all to himself.

Communication with Jason was awesome. Julian was phenomenal! The reason for the 3 stars for services was because the second member of the moving crew was almost an hour late. Even with the one man mover the move was handled very well.
