Excellent experience overall! Arrived on time for the move out. Took great care to protect furniture and load truck. Unload of truck at new location was just as professional and efficient. Would highly recommend Jerry’s Moving!

We did not have the best experience with this moving service. While the movers were very friendly and respectful, they showed up an hour and a half late for the job and then did not have any sense of urgency while getting us packed up. We finally had to cut them off at the loading location so they would have time to unload at the other location, and ended up having to finish packing and moving many things ourselves. My husband drove the U-Haul to the next location, and had to wait 30 minutes there before they showed up for the unload. They did comp us for that time, and got the job mostly done with a few remaining things we’ll had to unload and carry upstairs ourselves.
