Received a confirmation text within minutes of making the reservation. On the day of, they let us know that they’d be slightly delayed from a previous job and then gave us an accurate ETA. I had a scheduling issue with a different mover and was stuck staring at all of my stuff on a sidewalk wondering how I was going to get it up 3 flights of stairs on a Monday afternoon. Justin from GoMove responded to my request in less than 5 minutes at 341pm asking me to confirm the details and at 346 informed me he would have 2 people at my apartment by 425. And they did not disappoint, a gentleman named Trey and a colleague of his showed up and moved all my stuff in 1 hour in 90+ degree heat. GoMove saved my entire week and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
