They sent two college kids which one was injured and barely worked. They were very slow compared to the many others I've used and very inexperienced. They cost me more money and had me doing a lot of moving to help them. The dispatcher was nice but didn't mention they would only use straps. I provided the dolly and hand truck, blankets, plastic wrapping and they failed to utilize any equipment. Sending me an injured kid who can barely work cost me extra money and time. I'm not happy. I still tipped them generously because I blame the company and not them. There was no muscle at Moving Muscle. They were so poorly trained that they started packing the truck half way from the top. I had to keep my truck another day and take another load because of that.
