Small moves, big results put scratches and a large crack in wall near from door on 01-09-2025 when moving things into my apartment. Moved into a BRAND NEW apartment.01-9-2025 and so when I initially came to view my apartment there were no damages. However the day of moving as I opened my apartment door the damage that i'm about to describe was not there. The movers put a crack in my wall near my front door. The movers also put all scratches on the same wall and then some more scratches on a different wall but near the 1st wall. So scratches on 2 different walls (walls next to each other) as well as a large crack in the wall. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGES. Now here it is 01-20-2025 and ive continued to try and call the owner but he still won't return my calls or my text messages. I've tried to get the situation rectified however seems as if I am being ignored at this point. It's not fair to be that I be held responsible for the damages of SMALL MOVES, BIG RESULTS moving company.
