We received communication the day prior. Tony was a great help. We scheduled two people to help but only Tony came. The person who communicated with us the day prior did not know where the other person was located and then after half the job was done, found out that the other helper's car had broken down. Communication and support are needed or another person should be a backup for us and other customers should one person not show. Tony was pleasant and great.

The movers were good, Tony was solid, I just had to ask his co-worker twice to not be on his phone so much, but he seemed to focus more after that. Tony was very present and engaged, and a real solid leader for the crew, and smart about the process for unloading.

Damaged furniture and didn’t say anything about it, very unprofessional. Need to file a claim for damages. Paid for 3 hours, thing unloaded over an hour and a half during the pouring rain
