Movers arrived on time. They were personable and professional. They went above and beyond to assure a smooth transition. My experience with Rapid Robot was nothing short of a great experience. I highly recommend them and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Movers were running late to requested start time and did not communicate change in schedule. I had to reach out to inquire about expected arrival of movers, and was given a time 1.5 hours later than originally communicated. Movers were 2.5 hours late. The 2 men working had not been given the correct address and reportedly were unable to contact their manager for accurate information. Movers look more time loading items and did not provide enough time for unload so all boxes were placed in one spot and not carried up the stairs.
