The guys had great attitudes, very positive energy. They handled our furniture with care, but a few things got damaged and they forgot to put the door back up that they took off the hinges but they made attempts to repair any damages when they could. My husband was unable to locate his wallet during the move but we are thinking it may have fell into one of the boxes and we are still unpacking. I didn't know it was an optional tip section on the application - we tipped $200 using cashApp sent to one mover for the three of them to divide equally. Even though some things were damaged, we tipped because the guys had great energy, polite, positive attitudes, dedication and ended up staying for approximately 5 additional hours (we paid for the extra time), but they could have departed when the 4hour reservation was over; however, they were committed to staying until the job was complete. They even offered to return to help my husband find his wallet. I would absolutely use them again.
