All Small Moves Big Results

One of my movers was very professional, but clearly a beginner and had trouble moving things without dropping them or bumping into walls. The other mover knew what he was doing moving-wise, but was extremely unprofessional. He was on his blue tooth headset almost the entire time he was here, complaining about his boss and the company. It was very awkward. I also kept trying to hang near them so I could direct them for anything unlabeled, and he would ask 'how can I help you?' as if he didn't understand why I was hovering... then when I would walk away, they would put something in the wrong room and he would lecture me on staying nearby so they don't have to move things twice. Totally milked the last hour so that they could charge me for an extra hour. They put gouges and scuffs on a lot of my big furniture, and I've found multiple broken items in dropped boxes. For what I paid, this is the service I should have expected- but I was shocked due to the raving reviews.
