I had booked these movers to help load our truck over a month before we were ready to move. I had no communication with them until I reached out and called them a day before they were scheduled to arrive. When they did contact me back they said they forgot about me and had double booked themselves. They were able to come by to help load the truck and did a great job loading the truck. But they arrived 7 hours late. This through our whole move plans off. They also damaged a nice dresser of our. I had packing blankets and they did not use them to protect my furniture at all. Do not book these loaders for their cheap price unless you don’t care about your furniture.

I hired this company for a loading service. They packed the truck impeccably, and were so accommodating when there was an issue with weather and we could not continue for their safety. They moved their schedule around and fit me in immediately the next morning. Very, very knowledgeable and helpful.

When it was time to move my things into my Ubox containers the initial mover told me last minute that he wouldn’t be able to make it and had movers coming in his place. The two movers that showed up were incredibly unprofessional towards the end. They got into an argument and one of the movers said i’m not working with that due anymore. After that he stopped moving my things even though we was being paid to do so. He got on the phone and took a smoke break. He left the other mover to do things himself, not to mention they never even tried to use the blankets that were provided. This is important because they damaged furniture that I paid over $1000 for. The mover that was doing it alone apologized on their behalf but still did a terrible job of loading things. My 1 year old son was present while this was happened and I had to tell the mover that was doing things alone to put things back in the storage unit because the other mover wasn’t helpful in trying to make everything fit.

The guys arrived later than planned, but kept me informed of their new arrival time. We planned for 5 hours to load and unload at new apartment but they were able to complete both jobs in under 4 hours.
