I needed moving help for my out-of-state move and Jennifer and Dawson were FANTASTIC!! I had some traffic delays and they were very easy to contact, we had clear communication, and great flexibility. Even in the 90+ degree humidity, they were hustling to get the job done, while taking extra care with my things. Highly recommend and will use again for any of my future moving needs.

The movers arrived two hours late. For such an expensive service, I did not anticipate the excessive delay. But, once they arrived they moved my heavy items well. So although I was quite disappointed with the late start, the movers were respectful and efficient once they arrived.

Dawson and William were great movers and very professional. He had an upright piano to move and they tackled it very well and delivered it intact. It is not an easy piece of furniture to move. We are in Durham and the weather decided to pour rain on us right as we finished. Poor fellas had to pack up in the rain but they handled it like champs. Hard workers and service with a smile. I believe the dispatcher was Jennifer and she was e extremely helpful and polite. Uhaul made the mistake by giving them the wrong U-boxes so the movers had to return to Uhaul to collect the correct boxes, and they did it all without issue. My partner and I recommend them to anyone!
