Great communication and very professional throughout the move. They handled everything efficiently and stayed positive despite the rainy weather. Unfortunately, a few items were damaged, some likely due to the rain, which wasn’t entirely their fault—but still a bit disappointing. Overall, a solid experience with some room for improvement.
