We had a late start but the guys showed up and moved my things within the 3 hours timeframe. They moved my stuff from the 3rd floor and into a 2nd floor apartment in another community, plus helped me move extra items into the attic at my grandparent's attic. They were very friendly and I was satisfied with their service.

The movers were almost 2 whole hours late. They explained there was an emergency but we have a very long drive ahead of us and didnt want to leave too late. Luckily once they got here they were very fast, effecient, and professional. But the 2 hours late was very frustrating.
