They had no idea what they were doing. They pulled and pushed my heavy expensive furniture from the truck to the unit. Even though we rented a furniture dolly. They also put everything upside down! My dresses are upside down. There are scratches and gouges. I also tipped $40 cash. I can provide pictures.

Movers were efficient and worked hard to get everything done quickly while being careful with items. One of the two movers was a no call no show but management was quick to send out another mover. Chelton im particular was fantastic, he started moving boxes while we waited for the other mover to arrive. Even with the no call no show (which is on the individual, not the company) I would certainly recommend.
