Employees showed up in sweats and were not dressed professionally. They were quick but got held up in the logistics of packing the uhaul. My husband helped rearrange the uhaul to fit everything. Ended up getting billed an extra hour because they didn't know what they were doing. First time using movers through uhaul and it wasn't horrible but wasn't great either.

Justin and his team were amazing. He was so communicative, professional, on time, very careful with all of my items, helped me with resetting the timing of the move via the U-Haul app. Just all-around fantastic to work with, super efficient, and charges a very reasonable rate. I’d recommend Justin and GoMove to anyone. I’m going to use his service again for an upcoming move placing the rest of my things in storage. Highly recommend!!!
