Hands 2 Hands

Hired two men, one of which may have been hung over from the night before. He smelled awful and his job performance was unprofessional and borderline delinquent. He caused minor damage to both the stairs and the walls leading from the first floor to the second floor. He actually dragged a small wooden storage chest down four steps before we stopped him in his track. He damaged the top 4 steps in the process. He also left stain marks on the wall from his jacket as he leaned against the wall when walking down the stairs leaving dark scuff marks along the majority part of the wall. This one individual was simply unprofessional. He also worked slowly, and often time took small boxes one at a time. He really wasted time. The Lead Helper and I did the vast majority of the moving both loading and unloading. I hired these guys for four hours and they worked 3.5 hours before they had to leave. My wife and I had to finish up the move that evening by ourselves and she's 65 YOA and I'm 67.

The guys did a great job, worked fast and efficient and were well prepared with gloves and their own dolly. Temperatures were in the 20s and they did not miss a beat unloading a 26ft uhaul in 2 hours. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Took 3 hours for a 2 hour job. They refused to finished helping with moving boxes inside although there is still 14min before the end of the last hour. Blaming all this on the job being at late the evening (6pm) although I called them around 2pm to make sure they are available for that time slot. I hate to write this because they are older guys and out of respect but i don't like the bad attitude the manager had.
