We hired Cross The Border on January 9, 2025, to move the contents of our 3-bedroom apartment into a storage unit. They required an additional hour to finish, which wasn’t a major issue, but what’s unacceptable is the damage they caused and tried to hide. They broke our TV stand, desk, and loveseat cup holder without informing us. We only discovered the damage during our second move when another company, Hand 2 Hands, brought it to our attention. The TV stand and desk are irreparable and will cost $280 to replace, plus $15 for the loveseat repair. Their attempt to conceal the damage instead of taking responsibility shows a lack of integrity. I cannot recommend Cross The Border. If you hire them, inspect your belongings thoroughly afterward.

Terrible, Lier, Dishonest. They destroyed a piece of furniture by dropping it on the ground. The workers admitted fault and called Francis, the owner. Francis promised that he would send someone to fix it the next day. At first, I thought he was genuine. He added (Without me asking) that he would pay to get my TV hung just to make up for the damage. He seemed so apologetic until I gave him the payment code. That's when he disappeared. He would not respond to my text or calls. He played me by his dishonesty and bad ethics. He lied.
