Jerry himself was pretty communicative to set up the job, however the two workers he sent were terrible. I’ve never had such a horrific experience moving. They werent moving much either & they didn’t even get it done. They literally threw everything into my new place garage like a pile of garbage & claimed they ‘cleaned me out & set me straight.’ They didn’t even finish the job. They were supposed to be there for 2 hours & stiffed me for 1 hours worth, left my old garage with things & didn’t even touch the inside of my house. There wasn’t much for them to do as I had had other movers the day before do most of the work. They called me at my job & had the audacity to ask me for a tip & how much I was going to tip! I hadn’t even seen what they did & when I asked my son how long they had been there they took the phone away saying ‘m’am we set you straight we cleaned you out.’ This by far has been a terrible experience & I don’t recommend them to anyone. Save your money hire someone else!

The Team was very respectful and fast, I would definitely hire them again and would recommend you use them they was also gentle with my belongings like it was there’s, overall I’m very satisfied no complaints.

My husband and I moved many times before with little help, we thought this one would be like any other. It was very different and it was all thanks to Jerry and his crew. After a long overnight drive from up North, we decided we just could not physically do all of it by ourselves. I put the request in late afternoon for Jerry’s help and I got an immediate response. We planned for a few hours later and before I knew it everything was inside my house. Very quick but careful to not damage any of our belongings or freshly painted walls. Put everything where we wanted it. Even on a muggy day with heavy furniture no complaints from the crew. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone looking for a few hands; and we will most certainly be reaching back out for our next move. THANK YOU!
