I contacted this company for a refund after the move was completed in 2.5 hours rather than the 4 I originally requested. They outright refused to issue me a partial refund. This after I tipped the actual movers $100 a piece. It is unfortunate that their diligent work ethics are wasted within a company that moves in robotic adherence to unethical policies. I’m disappointed to find that $65 wasn’t worth this poor review.

Overall they did a great job, I would say the way they loaded the truck needs some work (all my furniture was in the back). They kept in touch about running late and only needed an hour to load a 2 bedroom apartment.
