We were so impressed with RNH, from initial scheduling and communication through the whole move they were wonderful. The office kept in touch throughout the move to ensure everything was on schedule and running smoothly. Being in the military my husband and I have over 20 moves under our belt and this by far was one of the best, most professional crews we have ever worked with. Mike, Nate, and Gary were wonderful. They treated our house hold goods like they were their own. They were efficient and so polite. We would absolutely book with RNH again and plan to recommend them to our friends in the area.

This move was unlike the first. The original two men of the crew were outstanding, however the third guy added due to rescheduling performed very poorly. He mishandled many items and was not professional. The review would have been 5 stars if not for the third person lack of care for our belongings, unsatisfactory performance.

The 3 man crew sent to help load our Uhaul was AMAZING. They were hired for 2 hours and completed the job in less than an hour with stellar performance, handling our belongings with care, moved efficiently, and were very professional. Morever, their customer service, Ms.Tonita is amazing and worked with our needs and promptly responded to all of our inquiries. I highly recommendly this crew and Ms.Tonita!!!!

The movers were nice and respectful, however they showed up high and smelling of weed which may have been the reason for them working extremely slow. My personal items were damaged, floor tiles got broken, the stairs got dent, a hole was left in the wall due to the movers busting a box on the stairs and some of the items rolling out. Movers showed up with just 1 dolly between 3 men. My bed and couches were loaded without wrapping so I know those will be getting dirty and damaged during the move. Movers need to be trained and have the proper equipment. I was also informed that these movers were not workers from the company and they were in fact found from Craigslist, so I assume background checks and training have never been done which is dangerous. Tonita communicated well initially, however I have tried to communicate with her about the hundreds of dollars of damage and was given no resolution. The blame was shifted to me.

Moving team arrived with no equipment needed to move items from our POD into our house (e.g., handcarts, dollies, etc.). As a result, they we less efficient than had they been able to move multiple boxes at one time. This resulted in needing an extra hour for the three-person team to complete the job. Other than that, I would definitely use RNH Movers again.

I'm so glad RNH Movers helped me move my furniture. I had to find someone at the last minute and they totally came through for me. The two gentlemen were very professional and did a wonderful job moving my furniture with great care. If you need help with a move, I highly recommend RNH Movers!
