Moving Muscle

My previous movers were incredible so maybe my standards were high but I was not impressed with Moving Muscle. I initially received a text with questions surrounding my move. When I responded I never got a response back nor did they ever respond via text again. When I called in they said it wasn’t them that text me but when my move was over I got a few more texts. I don’t know if there’s an issue with their system or what. I did make a last minute schedule change but the one mover ended up being an hour late. Both movers were young and seemed inexperienced. My child’s father had to assist at times. I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend them but you can def find better. The company did refund me 1 hour of the move since the 1 mover was late which I appreciated.

Chaz and Ethan did an excellent job. They were efficient, kind and polite. Their help was invaluable. We would highly recommend and will use this company again should the need arise. Communication was excellent! Wonderful experience.

Melvin and Jack were very professional and helpful while helping me move from one apartment to another. They were knowledgeable and efficient and none of my items were damaged in the move. I’ll be booking again the next time I move!
