The communication leading up to the move was limited and not very clear. They arrived around the time that I requested. My truck was loaded so that all my items tipped to the back which resulted in multiple broken items due to the poor organization of the truck.

They were an hour late to the meeting time, but they did communicate they were at another job before mine. Once they got here, they moved quickly. I was impressed. I would recommend them

They were late by 2hrs begin with and took more than 6hrs move a 2 bedroom apartment. I booked them for 4hrs assuming they would be able to. Mr. Odell, who was in touch with me, mentioned to refund of 25$ due to the delay in start, but again it was all talk and no refund was given. It was a bad and expensive experience.
