The movers on-site were terrific. On-time, efficient, generally packed the truck well. They should get 5 stars. Communications were difficult. Shane (the scheduler) was hard to understand when he called, and the day before confused the job time, creating additional back and forth to confirm the original schedule was still valid. I provided a cash tip to the movers directly.
