I had the privilege—and I truly mean privilege—of hiring N Out Movers to unload a U-Haul in Winston-Salem as we set my daughter up for her PhD research downtown. From the moment they arrived right on time, Alex, Shawn, and Steve were outstanding. Easily the most pleasant and professional movers I’ve ever encountered. They unloaded the truck in half the time I expected, handled every item with absolute care, and treated my daughter’s belongings as if they were their own. On top of that, they were friendly, respectful (calling me sir the whole time), and kept a great attitude throughout. I was genuinely impressed—it was a far better experience than I anticipated. And the kicker? They folded all my moving blankets in the back of the truck, pointing out that it would save me an extra charge per the sign inside the U-Haul. My moving helpers, Shawn and Steve were awesome!! They prompt, professional and courteous during the entire process of unloading my truck. These two young men unloaded a fully loaded 20’ truck exceptionally fast yet very professionally. I was extremely impressed with these men. I highly recommend In N Out for anyone interested in moving help. They made my move in very easy on me and saved my old back some pain and stress. Great guys and great service. Will use them again.
