EXCELLENT MOVERS! I am new to the area & my boyfriend & I got an apartment on the 3rd floor. We moved my boyfriend’s items in ourselves and it was extremely difficult so I decided to hire movers for my items. I found Caniff Solutions & booked them immediately due to the great reviews and reasonable pricing. They were on time, friendly, & immediately ready to work. I had a 10’ U-Haul packed to the brim and they completed the job in an hour! They handled all of my items with care even with having to go up 2 flights of stairs. I have moved 6 times in the past 7 years and this was the ABSOLUTE BEST moving experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be hiring them again for all future moves!

The movers did a great job unloading my truck. They had to walk down a walkway and up a flight of stairs many times to carry everything on a humid day, so I appreciate the amount of effort that the unloading required. They didn't realized initially how much was packed onto the truck, so they ran out of time and ended up having to extend -- I think that they could have better assessed the size of the load with me in the beginning, but they still would have struggled to finish in two hours. My only complaint is that I had asked one of the staff members a couple of days beforehand whether I'd be able to add an extra hour on the day of the move if necessary, and she said that would be fine, but there was a moment on moving day when the workers said that they were going to run out of time and they'd have to leave the job unfinished. They ended up being able to make arrangements with the owner to stay, but I think this could have been handled better ahead of time.
