The guys were were very friendly and moved very fast. However they dropped a desk off the truck and damaged it. And when we got to our new home we discovered that one of our end tables had been scratched pretty badly. So 5 stars for their attitudes but 3 stars for actual execution.

In N Out finished up a moving job for me. They arrived late and communication was less than I expected. I hired another company that started this moving job while In N Out finished up after the others. I paid about twice a much for this service and received about half the work. They did an ok job but wouldn't be my first choice. Double Down would be the better and cheaper choice in my opinion, having hired both teams.

Shawn and Ali were extremely efficient during the move out process and completed loading the truck for our two bedroom apartment in just under two hours. In addition to the doing an excellent job loading the truck, they made sure that all the items were safely secure with the ratchet straps and blankets we provided. Overall, great work!
