Mover's were late to the job. The reason was one of their crew member's car got a flat tire and they would not be able to send anyone for another 4 hours. I had to move 95 percent of the items myself in order to reach my destination in a timely manner. Once the movers arrived, they only performed 20 mins work of work. I still had to pay for 2 hours of service even though they were late and did partial work. No partial refund was offered. Would not recommend this moving service; they only cared about their payment instead of apologizing and offering a partial refund.
