I wouldn't recommend. They texted early in the morning confirming an on time arrival and then showed up 45 minutes late. Immediately after getting there they kept saying they may not finish because they only have 3 hours since they have another job after this. Which was frustrating because when I spoke to the initial person during booking they said to book for only 3 hours since I could add another hour on. They were slow and inefficient unloading the Uhaul. They did end up staying for a 4th hour, at which point we finally saw them move at a quick pace and then they complained to my husband that if he had been helping them since the beginning it would've gone a lot faster. We hired moving help so that we didn't need to unload the Uhaul and he only stepped in to help because they weren't going to finish. Now they're boxes placed randomly all over our garage and house and unpacking is a mess. If you're organized and want an easy move, chose someone else.

Michelle provided excellent communication confirming my reservations. Chad and his crew showed up on time and they packed the truck like a true pros - we had no shifting of the load and everything arrived safely. I would highly recommend their services.
