The helpers showed up half an hour late due to 'Traffic issues'. They also did not speak English which made it difficult to communicate with them. Luckily, one of my kids understood some basic Spanish. The workers themselves were hard working and took care with the furniture. No issues there. We did have to help them with moving a couch.

Two very nice men arrived and enthusiastically helped. Though good workers, they were not trained movers and we were unable to communicate with them. Not their fault...they did the best they could. The company should address these issues - provide more training (how to lift) and send out at least one person who can speak at least a little English - that would have helped as we tried to maneuver the last piece through a tight spot.
