I was originally ecstatic at the services provided. We were at the tail end of a difficult move and I booked the day before to unload a truck at 8 the following morning. They showed up on time, communicated well, and we got everything done. They also had time to help me get our washer and dryer up on pedestals. However, after the move, I was disappointed to discovered that tons of boxes that were labeled were not put where they were intended. My partner counted 21 boxes in an upstairs bedroom that were labeled for the garage or basement. When they arrived, I said the most important thing was to make sure boxes were being placed in intended location. Of course, during the unloading, it was impossible to realize how boxes were being put in random spots. Also, a lot of boxes would have actually lessened their labor--since boxes intended for the garage were put in an upstairs bedroom. They were pleasant guys though, just need to be much more conscientious with following labels.
