Our movers were extremely nice, and the extra hands and muscle was great to have! However, they needed a lot of guidance and supervision, and just did not have a lot of experience moving items. I think if you are assigning 2 brand new guys to a job, you need to have a third one with more experience there to help show them what to do and how to do it. It might also help the movers to know that they are on a clock for the customer - we paid for 3 hours, but they did not know this, and so they spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to put furniture on a dolly when it would have been much faster and likely easier to just tag team carrying it out, like my boyfriend and I showed them how to do. Eventually they got the hang of it, but our plan was to have them moving the big items while we finished packing our smaller things, and that was just not possible with the amount of time we needed to spend showing them how to properly load items in the truck and carry things.

The movers who came were slow and inexperienced. I had to pay for an extra hour and ended up doing a lot of the moving myself.
