Benjamin and his team were 1.5hrs late due to an earlier move, but worked nonstop and were efficient during after they arrived. We hired them for 4hrs, they worked for 3hrs and left before closing out with us. We had to called them back to give them the tip. After they left, we realized they made mistakes with our move and caused noticeable damage to some of our items. It would have been nice if they had proactively noted the issues. It was just a really strange way to end what would have been good work done. We’re on the fence about hiring them again.

Somehow the order was processed incorrectly and the company was anticipating a much smaller job. So they sent a skeleton crew initially but the owner made it right by coming himself with another team member to finish the job. And he’s willing to come back tomorrow to finish off a few other items once I order another container. Tips were paid in cash.

New England Affordable Movers did an amazing job helping me move. They unloaded my moving truck efficiently and carefully making sure that my belongings were unloaded to their proper room or the basement for storage. Before the appointment they contacted me multiple times to confirm details and make sure that things were in order. I would definitely hire them again!
