The movers damaged the walls in the hall and the stairs, and failed to fix the paint after 3 weeks

Brian and Chris from Trusty Dad Movers were fantastic to work with. They arrived right on time, were effective at packing, and had great spirits throughout the move. I plan on using them again!

The team was 4 hours late to the move and the person who was communicating with me did not do a great job at updating me while we waited. Once the team got to us, they were very efficient at moving everything and at packing the truck. They also gave me an extra mover, maybe to make up for the delay?

The communication leading up to our service was terrible. The company preferred to chat through text (which is annoying, but fine). My true concern is that it was very difficult to get answers. It took about four or five times of me asking in order to set the time for the movers to arrive. The day of, one mover arrived 1 hour late. The helpers were fantastic (once they arrived). Overall, there is room for improvement in the area of communication.

I believe it was Brandon and David that loaded our moving truck. They were friendly and efficient. Got our stuff loaded very quickly. Highly recommend. Made our day much easier. 4 stars for communication as nobody reached out ahead of time to confirm, I ended up calling to confirm when we were within 24 hours and hadn’t heard anything. After I made the initial connection communication was good.
