Benz and Jaydis were here to help us to load our 1 bed room apartment's contents into two U-Boxes. They were very friendly and professional. They also helped in optimizing the space in the boxes and loaded our stuff very fast and without any damages to our items. Would definitely recommend them for their professionalism and friendliness.

The lead up to the move was very positive and the unloaders showed up as expected. The were quick in unloading my truck, but as it was their last job for the evening, they rushed and dropped a couple of boxes trying to carry too many at one time and ended up breaking a floor lamp, several souvenir collector glasses, and a KitchenAid mixer even though the boxes were marked fragile. Initially the actual moving company rep was responsive and said they would take care of the broken items, but 10 days after sending her pictures of the broken items, box on the ground and a badly damaged box, I am still waiting for a reply or any remedy.
