Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend! I recently used GET IT DONE MOVING for my relocation from New York City to South Carolina, and I am deeply disappointed with their service. On September 19th, the movers arrived 1.5 hours late and, while I was distracted resolving issues with my shipment, my TV went missing. I suspect it was stolen by the movers, as I have proof of the TV being logged into from New Jersey days later - where the movers claimed to be from. Despite multiple follow-ups with management regarding my missing property and my request for compensation, I’ve received no resolution or even an apology - they just stopped answering. Their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable! I strongly advise against using them. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more trustworthy moving service!
