Multiple items, including a computer, were improperly packed and subsequently destroyed during the move. We had to re-pack a lot of items after they left and we realized how sloppily some items had been placed in the truck. Even so, several pieces of furniture were damaged and a computer destroyed because of their improper loading and under-use of packing blankets. They did not even use the couch and mattress covers I specifically asked them to use and both were absolutely filthy as a result. Also, they disassembled our dining table for no reason (it fit through the door just fine assembled) and broke the pieces in doing so. Terrible experience with these guys.
