They were a few minutes late (around 10 mins) but there was also a incident from my end that they couldn't start moving right away. The issue from my new apartment resulted in the loss of one hour. The two movers complete the job on time, used only 2 hours of the initial given 3 hours which is very impressive.

Service was great. Arrived on time, good communications leading up to moving day. I was worried my truck was too small. They packed my belongings into the truck like a jigsaw puzzle in 3-d. Handled everything with care and finished quickly.

This company was extremely disappointing, disrespectful, lack communication and unprofessional! Booked them for 6 hours and cheated me out of 3 hours of service, screamed at me in front of my family and did not complete the job. Only texted to communicate never picked up phone and sent misleading text messages and tried to blame us for their failure to give the right service. Horrible!!! Stay away!
