They repeatedly loaded items they were told not to load. They placed boxes marked ‘fragile’ at the bottom of piles. They placed heavy boxes on top of light boxes. A dozen items toppled over in transit, which has not happened on any of our previous moves. I am sorry that we tipped them so well.

Absolutely amazing crew and company. I booked last minute and was so happy with the service. Not only did they communicate great, they got the job done way faster than I was expecting. I would definetly use them again in the future.
